Yesterday I was hugging my oldest daughter. She, like her father, is very sensitive to smells. While hugging me she proclaimed "Mmmm. Mom you smell good. You smell like, like Nordstroms."
Uh oh. Did she say I smelled like Nordstroms??? Oh great. I think I am in trouble.
On a side note the weather here is fabulous!!! Air that feels cool, what a concept.

What does Nordstroms smell like? Did she mean the perfume section?
I smell like nothing, or sweaty feet. Which is gross. I gotta get me some of that Nordstroms.
well yes I think she means perfumy and such. Of course that doesn't mean I smell like that all the time!!!
So I'm no the only one! I TOTALLY agree with her. Nordstroms has a smell (and I love it!) No lie, it's not the smell of perfume or clothes (you can get that at Macy's or Saks). I want to explore this more....I wonder if they pump that smell in - like oxygen in Vegas - hmmmmmmmm.
I know. It is hard to put your finger on. It makes me want to go there just to smell it. It isn't overpowering either like some places. They should bottle it: Eau de Nordstroms. It would be a big seller!!
