Her picture is the one to the left of her head, behind the guy. He is not part of her drawing. The objective was to draw a desert landscape with the illusion of space/depth.Since my last post, a lot has happened:
1) I passed my comps (where I have to orally defend what I wrote for my written comps). Yea! I don't ever want to have to do that again. (I don't have any pictures of this.)
2) Celebrated our 15th anniversary. Yea! We had a great dinner at Durant's (see pictures above).
3) My oldest daughter got her picture chosen for the district Art Show. (see picture above)
4) My youngest daughter sang at the school Multicultural Night. (see video).
5) Both girls got sick. Here is a funny story related to that. We were at the Dr.'s office waiting for some test results and my youngest daughter pulled out her a strand of her hair and dropped it and then said to me: "Mom. My DNA is on the floor!". Oh her Aunt Lisa would be so impressed!!
It is looking like the month of March is probably going to be even busier! Can't wait for Spring Break!
